What data is collected
We may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company or project, role, inquiry details, and appointment preferences. We also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as browser, device, approximate location, pages requested, and log timestamps.
How files are stored and encrypted
Sovranly IP is designed around client-side encryption. A file is encrypted on your device before it is stored, so the platform does not need to receive a readable copy of the creative asset. Encrypted content may be addressed through IPFS, while a SHA-256 ownership certificate and Ethereum L2 anchor record integrity and registration details.
No data visibility by default
Creative Sovereignty LLC does not use encrypted asset contents for advertising or sell them to data brokers. Access is intended to be controlled by the creator’s permissions and the terms of a license. We may see account, transaction, support, and security metadata necessary to provide the service, but encrypted source contents are not readable to us by default.
Third parties
We use service providers that help host the site, deliver infrastructure, process communications, provide analytics where enabled, anchor certificates, or support a requested license or payment flow. Those providers receive only the information needed for their service and are expected to protect it. Public blockchain and IPFS records can be independently visible by their nature; the asset contents associated with them are intended to remain encrypted and private.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information, and to object to certain processing. Some records, such as public certificate anchors or information needed for security and legal compliance, may not be removable from an append-only or public system. We will explain the available options when you make a request.
